Client Talk is a coaching powered consultancy, bringing together expert consultants and accredited coaches. We help individuals and teams be the best they can be, strengthening relationships inside of professional services firms, as well as the relationships firms have with their clients and key external stakeholders.

Our unique approach promotes active listening, leverages empathy within businesses, and champions diverse thinking.  Coaching is at the heart of everything we do, our accredited coaches work with our clients to drive growth through insight on an individual, team, strategic, and firm level.

Our training offering holds coaching at its heart, using behavioural change theory to go deeper than most training providers. Our masterclasses, D&I training, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops can be booked individually or as part of a team-building day.

Through deeper listening, we want to change the conversations that professional services companies are having with - and about - their clients. We want these to be more meaningful, and to generate deeper understanding, insight, and connection.
