MASTERCLASS: A FOCUS ON THE QUALITATIVE
Client feedback programmes form the backbone of most professional services firms strategic planning. The rationale for gathering and analysing feedback needs little by way of introduction and is well understood.
However, once we have good quality qualitative data, we often struggle to know what to do with it. It isn’t as easy to analyse as the quantitative stuff so often plays a less strategic role. We look at how this feedback can be used not only to deepen client relationships, but to develop strategy as well.
MASTERCLASS: LISTEN WITH TING
We spend the majority of our time communicating listening. We often do so without much thought or understanding about the way we listen.
In this masterclass we explore the meaning behind the ancient Chinese character for listen – ting. With it, we discover that there is more to listening than we often appreciate and go on a journey to find out how we can listen with ting.

Stand-alone masterclasses cost £1,250 + VAT for up to 10 people (£60 + VAT pp for additional participants, up to a maximum of 20).
