In this masterclass, our experienced coaches will explore how empathy can be applied to a leadership setting. 

Empathy is often seen as a sign of weakness. We believe it is a fundamental skill that can boost performance in multiple ways.

This course will help you ensure that your workplace stories engage your audiences across specific areas that are shown through scientific research to be essential for people to want to listen, retain and act on your words. In addition, you will also become much more confident in being able to freestyle your stories rather than being a slave to a PowerPoint deck.

Our Skills for Professionals Masterclasses are facilitated by  either Claire Rason, an accredited coach and experienced client listening consultant or Callum James, behaviour change consultant, coach and facilitator.

Claire founded Client Talk after working in, or alongside, professional services firms for over 20 years. Claire is passionate about bringing the power of active listening and diverse thinking to professional services firms. 

Callum has been providing motivating and inspiring experiential learning for over 20 years. His unique approach marries his training as an actor, knowledge of psychology, and coaching credentials.

We deliver our masterclasses virtually, so location is no longer a barrier to bringing teams together. It also means we can keep our costs down, giving you more for less.  However, if you did want to move the masterclass to the real world, then we can provide in-person pricing on request. 

TRANSPARENT PRICING

Stand-alone masterclasses cost £1,250 + VAT for up to 10 people (£60 + VAT pp for additional participants, up to a maximum of 20).  

ETERNALLY FLEXIBLE

Perhaps virtual doesn't work for you? Or you need a slightly different focus that our off-the-shelf offerings. Not a problem! All our masterclasses can be delivered in person and/or adapted to reflect your firm’s goals and strategy. Prices for in-person and bespoke offerings are available on request.
