COACHING TOOLS
The coaches we work with are at the top of the profession and use innovative coaching tools to deliver both team and individual coaching.
We employ a diverse range of innovative methods to deliver our coaching services. We utilise powerful psychometric tools along with various other cutting-edge techniques. As firm believers in the power of coaching, we always explore opportunities to incorporate coaching principles into our work. Additionally, we constantly seek to enhance our coaching practice by drawing insights and learnings from other disciplines

WHAT ARE PSYCHOMETRICS?
Psychometrics measure psychological attributes, such as knowledge, abilities, personality traits, attitudes, and interests. Psychometric tools, can be used to shed insights into personal preferences, emotional intelligence, leadership traits and more.

We use psychometrics as a way to increase self-awareness.
C-Me is our preferred tool, because of its focus on behaviours rather than personality traits. You might of heard of similar tools such as Myers-Briggs, Insights, or DiSC.

We also use tools to explore individual listening preferences, which can produce useful insight when you need to listen (such as in client listening).
We are authorised partners of Coaching-On-The-Go, a tool that measures how proficient leaders are in 15 key coaching skills.
Each of our individual coaches will have access to different tools. What we have in common is a shared desire to use these psychometrics not as a way to label, but rather as a way to generate new insights and explore things diffferently.

WHAT IS PLAY?
There are many different definitions of play. We think about play as a way to explore new possibilities, in a low-risk environment.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

As well as promoting wellbeing and reducing stress, play has an important function in our adult lives. Play enhances neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to adapt and learn. It provides a rich and stimulating environment for the brain.. It also fosters positive emotions, encouraging social interaction, and exposing the brain to novelty and variety.

HOW DO YOU USE PLAY?

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is just one of the ways that we incorporate play into coaching. Whilst LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® was not designed for coaching, our accredited facilitators are also coaches, which means we go deeper into the journey than some. There is actually a lot of overlap with coaching, particularly coaching constellations work, so they are natural bedfellows.

We have coaches who incorporate drama into their approach to coaching. This enables clients to explore new and different perspectives.

WHAT ARE THE WAYS THAT YOU ENHANCE COACHING?
All our coaches are accredited and undertake continuous learning. They draw from other disciplines to enhance and innovate.
How this innovation is shown:

-
Many of our coaches are also published authors, bringing new practices to the world of coaching.
-
Many of our coaches are trained in coaching from Henley Business School, which is one of the UK's leading providers of coaching training, and one of the few to offer an MsC in coaching.
-
Coaches with different approaches come together to leverage diversity, for the benefit of our clients.
