EmpowerHer is a six-month coaching programme designed for female leaders and those aspiring to leadership roles.

The programme equips women to thrive in professional services on their own terms, without needing to conform to a broken system, while also helping them learn from the collective intelligence of their peers, develop systemic and emotional awareness, and navigate gendered organisations with confidence.

We begin by meeting with the coaching sponsor to understand the objectives for your programme. Coaching can motivate and empower individuals, foster a culture of feedback, boost morale, improve performance, and enhance team dynamics.
By clarifying the overriding goals upfront, we ensure that the coaching journey delivers meaningful impact for both the individuals involved and the firm as a whole.
COACHING MATCH
We carefully match each professional with a coach based on individual preferences, style, and needs. A free chemistry session is offered to confirm the fit, and if it’s not ideal, we provide an alternative.
Our panel of accredited coaches includes former professionals who understand the sector deeply, allowing them to empathise with challenges and bring real world insight to every session. Coaching is also available in multiple languages, including French and Spanish.
COACHING PROCESS
Each coaching session focuses on identifying individual strengths, areas for development, and priority focus areas. Our accredited coaches then work to increase self-awareness, build confidence, and empower sustainable growth.

Throughout the coaching journey, we keep the sponsor informed of overall progress and emerging trends, without breaching confidentiality.
While one-to-one conversations remain private, coaches may notice common themes that could benefit from team coaching or wider interventions. When such patterns arise, we discuss them with the sponsor to ensure the programme continues to deliver maximum value for both individuals and the firm.
