In this masterclass we think about the elements of a coaching culture and explore how close your firm, or your team, is to achieving them. We give you tools to enhance each of the elements.

This course is suitable for management teams who what to think about a different way of leading, as well as teams who want to charter a different course.

MASTERCLASS: CREATE YOUR OWN TEAM VALUES SHIELD

This team building exercise is intended to help teams reflect on shared values and what they stand for. It can help foster a sense of togetherness.

This masterclass would work well for teams who want to feel more connected and who want to create a joint sense of purpose.

The workshop will start off by getting team members to create their own coat of arms, this will help increase understanding of difference across the team.

The second part of the workshop encourages the team to think collectively about their strengths and values. The exercise is designed to get the team working together and to foster a sense of belonging.

MASTERCLASS FACILITATOR

All our Team Building Masterclasses are facilitated by Claire Rason, Steve Couch or Stephanie Wheeler.

Claire is an accredited coach and experienced client listening consultant and founded Client Talk after working in, or alongside, professional services firms for over 20 years. Claire is passionate about bringing the power of active listening and diverse thinking to professional services firms.

Steve works with leadership teams and senior practitioners in professional services firms. Steve, a Henley Masters Coach, led diverse practices as a PwC Partner for 13 years and has 30 years of international coaching experience.

Stephanie is a leadership and team coach. She is also a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and writer. Formerly a solicitor, she has an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. She is passionate about innovative and imaginative ways of facilitating conversations.
