Professional services firms are going hybrid. Unlike the move to remote working during the pandemic, which was done out of necessity, the move to hybrid working is in response to the changed preferences of employees and market forces.

Hybrid working sounds like the solution which will accomodate everyone. However, there have been concerned raised that it will set back diversity initiatives. Also, with many partners, team leaders and managers stepping into unchartered waters, there are many unknowns. The biggest being, just how do you get the most from a hybrid team?
