We recognise that for professional services companies to be successful, strategy needs to have clients at the heart of everything. However, strategy will only work if it reflects the professionals delivering the service and if they are committed to implementing it.
The challenge that professional services companies’ face is that your professionals are great lawyers, accountants, economists, property specialists. They aren’t necessarily great marketeers.
As professional services companies are struggling to find their point of difference, professionals are also being asked to be innovators and disruptive. The new generation of professionals needs to be able to market and sell their business.
What sets a good professional apart from a great one is that they have skills beyond that which is their core business. They have a growth mindset and are constantly looking to learn and evolve.
Client Talk has created a unique diagnostic tool which draws on behavioural change theory to help you take the pulse of your professionals. It provides a snapshot of where your professionals are against four key metrics:
Understanding of strategy.

HOW IT WORKS
We have created a simple questionnaire that is sent to all the firm, or a subset within the firm. The questionnaire has been designed to be short to ensure maximum response rates.
Client Talk analyse the responses and produce an easy to read report. We will work with you to identify the quick wins. The responses might produce insights which are key to unlocking your strategy’s potential and we will provide recommendations on how you could approach this.
The report will provide a traffic light assessment against four key metrics and a skills grid.
