We are delighted to announce that Client Talk and Claire Rason have made it to finalists at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards.
FINALIST: Supplier of the Year
Client Talk is in the running for Supplier of the Year, an award that seeks to recognise the positive impact products and services are having in advancing the DE&I cause. In order to qualify, we needed to include evidence of how our services have moved the DE&I needle.
Our approach at Client Talk to DE&I is different. We focus on how firms can create cultures that embrace diversity and make everyone feel like they belong. Systemic problems need systemic solutions and by using coaching we are able to increase psychological safety and think about how firms can make everyone feel like they belong. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Gestalt Group Facilitation, and Team Coaching are just some of the ways we approach belonging in the context of DE&I.
FINALIST: DE&I Champion of the Year in a Specialist Role
Our founder, Claire Rason, is in the running for DE&I Champion of the Year in a Specialist Role.
This award recognises individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to the enhancement of DE&I within the legal sector. Claire has been recognised as a finalist for her work producing The Class of 2002 report, as well as her work with She Breaks the Law and as a podcast host, amplifying the voices of some amazing women in the legal sector.
“When I decided to tell the story of the Class of 2002, I embarked on a journey that quickly became a passion project. If you are a man or a woman in law, then inequality at senior levels in the profession is your story. I have been humbled by the narratives that people have shared with me, and continue to share. I have met some inspirational women and men and am thrilled to have been shortlisted for these awards. The finalists really are a whose-who of people moving the dial at the moment,” said Claire Rason.
The awards are being held on the 21 March in London. Make sure to watch this space to see how we get on!
