We’re delighted to announce that Beyond The Feedback is back on 21 and 22 April 2027 at Henley Business School.
Following feedback from last year’s attendees, we’ve extended the event to a day and a half, giving us more time for the things people valued most: thoughtful discussion, reflection, sharing ideas and connecting with others working in client listening and client experience.
You can expect a mixture of coaching-informed workshops, peer led discussions and space to think, alongside external speakers bringing fresh perspectives to the conversation. It’s not a conference.
