Claire is an author, as well as a Mum of four children so can usually be found in a car taking one of them somewhere! When she isn't doing that she loves to entertain, put her feet up with a book and a glass of wine, or just put her feet up!

Anna has spent the last 20 years working in and with professional services firms. She was part of Deloitte’s marketing team before spending almost five years at BDO where she was latterly responsible for the firm’s ‘Exceptional Client Service’ agenda.
Anna now works with firms of all sizes on client listening and client experience strategy across the UK and internationally.

OUTSIDE THE DAY JOB:
Anna lives on the edge of Dartmoor with her husband, two lively sons and even livelier dog. She is usually found ferrying her children to a sporting activity or playing hockey (not very well)!

Emma brings Client Talk to life through creative storytelling.
She works alongside companies to create compelling narratives and deliver innovative marketing and design solutions that drive real growth and leave a lasting impression.

We know the value of diverse thinking. Having a team which supports and respects each other, but at the same time provides each other with challenge makes for better solutions and the best results. We achieve this by collaborating with experts who bring in different points of view to our own. We use coaching to power our project teams and make sure that there is a safe space for all views to be shared, working in collaboration with our clients. It means that together we come up with solutions that none of us could have achieved on our own.
PROFESSIONAL
The listeners, consultants and coaches that we work with are all experts in their fields. Many have portfolio careers, or their own businesses which support a range of professional and non-professional services clients.
These perspectives complement our strengths and focus on professional services firms. This is really important and this marriage helps us to challenge the status quo and bring best practice to professional services firms, whilst all the while having the professional services culture and reality front of mind.

MEET OUR LISTENERS
Anna Lake and Claire Rason are our principal client listeners. We use the knowledge gained from interviews to shape our offering and to provide the most comprehensive training for our clients making sure our training delivers what your clients actually want!​

However, we have further support from listeners who are all professionals and trained to actively listen. They are supported by our own internal client listening training. We can interview in multiple languages, meaning that where you have clients overseas, the cultural nuances aren't lost.

Anna heads our Client Listening.
She has a client-led approach to interviewing and has a particular focus on using insights to deliver a better client experience.
CLAIRE RASON
Claire Rason's approach to client listening is a product of her squiggly career. She was: a lawyer, a business development director and, a senior executive coach, so knows how to build rapport quickly and go deep.

JULIETTE GOYER
Juliette is a competition lawyer, who advises businesses and executives in French and EU competition and distribution law issues.
She is also an executive coach and an EMCC member, as well as being passionate about emotional intelligence and is EQ-I 2.0 certified.​

MARIJE KOOI
Marije is based in the Netherlands and is an organisational coach, organisational anthropologist and creative drama therapist.
She is also a certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator.

MARCUS NORTON
Marcus is an ICF accredited executive coach, a facilitator and consultant.
His background is in law and environmental sustainability, he holds an MBA and has worked in the City, government and the non-profit sector. He is also a Leadership Circle Profile practitioner.

Martin is an executive, team and agile coach.
He's a multi-lingual executive coach and has worked in senior global roles. Martin has also lived and worked throughout Denmark, Switzerland and Germany.

She brings together a wealth of knowledge and experience to support firms with their unique learning journeys. Claire is a Senior Practitioner with the EMCC and an accredited team coach.

Anna Lake has spent the last 20 years working in and with professional services firms.
She is adept at helping firms to extract maximum value from across their client insight channels by identifying common themes and acting on the insights gathered.
STEPHANIE WHEELER
Stephanie is a leadership and team coach.
She is also a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and writer. Formerly a solicitor, she has an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.

Marcus is an ICF accredited executive coach, a facilitator and consultant.

OLIVER HANSARD
Oliver Hansard is a business coach.
When he's not helping businesses with his coaching and commercial knowledge Oliver is a non-executive director and consults on business strategy. He co-hosts the Lawyer's Coach podcast and is the founder of Hansard Coaching.
TERESA LEYMAN
Teresa is an executive, team and agile coach.
Teresa has an MSc in behavioural change psychology and coaching at Henley Business School and over 20 yrs experience working with IT, people and system changes to meet business needs and facilitate transformations at all levels within a company.

He supports Client Talk where there is a cultural roll-out that needs to be considered.

Rob combines strategic insight and extensive transformation delivery experience with a coaching-informed style, to build clarity, coordination, and a focus on impactful outcomes.
With 25+ years leading high-stakes change across retail, supply chain, and tech-enabled businesses, he’s a trusted partner in the room, from boardroom to delivery execution.
EMILY MCGUIRK
Emily combines a background in acting with expertise in presentation, communication and confidence building to help professionals speak with clarity, credibility and impact.
From pitch rehearsals and tender presentations to role plays, Emily equips individuals and teams with practical techniques to communicate confidently when it matters most.
