INSIGHT COMMUNITY

THE POWER OF SHARED INSIGHT

Gather, reflect, act_graphic.png

Client listening and CX is easier when you have people to share the journey with.  Our Insight Community brings together professionals across the professional services sector who have client listening, client experience or client development as all or part of their role.

We hold monthly drop-in calls, where we create space to step back from the day-to-day, reflect on what you’re doing, share successes, talk through challenges and learn from others facing similar questions.

Whether you’re building a client listening programme from scratch, delivering activity in-house or looking for new ways to turn feedback into action, you’ll find a welcoming space to connect, collaborate and learn.

A SPACE TO SHARE LEARN AND CONNECT

Our fee monthly community calls are informal, supportive and shaped by the people in the room. They’re an opportunity to:

Share experiences, celebrate successes, discuss what’s working and learn from what others have tried.

Build connections by meeting people in similar roles who understand the opportunities and challenges you face.

Talk through challenges by bringing the questions you’re grappling with and benefit from the experience of others.

Exchange practical advice, share approaches, tools and ideas you can take back to your own firm.

Discover new ideas and hear how other firms approach client listening, client experience and client development.

Reflect on your approach by taking a step back from the day-to-day and considering what you could do differently.

FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION

How do you turn client feedback into meaningful change? In this session we explored how to build stronger client listening programmes, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, clearer accountability and turning insight into action that improves client outcomes.

WHEN CLIENT LISTENING DOESN'T MATCH YOUR STORY

Are your assumptions shaping what you hear from clients? We explored how assumptions influence who we listen to, the questions we ask and the feedback we gather, and why challenging our thinking helps uncover what really matters to clients.

HOLDING YOUR GROUND

How confident are you in challenging and influencing others? We explored how fear of conflict, uncertainty and criticism can often hold back difficult conversations, and looked at how creating a sense of safety can help overcome resistance and turn insight into action.

INSIGHT COMMUNITY FAQS

Q. Is the Insight Community for you?

A.  Absolutely, if you work in a professional services firm and client listening, client experience or client development forms part of your role, or is an area you’re interested in exploring. You don’t need to be a Client Talk client to join us. Whether you manage everything in-house, work with another external provider or are just beginning to explore what client listening could look like for your firm, you’re welcome.

Q. What if I can’t make a call?

A. We know diaries are busy. If you can’t make a session, we’ll share a high-level overview of the discussion so you can still take away useful ideas. Our calls also operate under the Chatham House Rule, creating a trusted space where people can speak openly and share experiences. We’re also happy to answer questions or point you towards further information where helpful.
