CHALLENGE

One of the Big 4 appointed a trusted partner, Meridian West, to support them with their global leadership talent programme. Meridian West wanted to pull together a team of experts to help with delivery of a package that not only delivered great content, but which also led to behavioural change. The firm wanted to create Thought Leaders and knew that they needed to combine training with coaching.

WHAT WE DID

Client Talk supported on the project by helping to design a journey which not only drew out the experience and expertise of Meridian West in creating ground breaking Thought Leadership content, but which challenged the partners limiting beliefs when it came to Thought Leadership and supported them with coaching.

RESULTS

The final package was a true collaboration and resulted in partners achieving more than they thought possible at the start of their journey. The first iteration of the project produced more than 50 pieces of content which increased the confidence among partners and generated increased understanding of the importance of it’s role in professional services firms.
