Recent research conducted among marketing leaders of professional services firms shows ‘making improvements to client experience’ was among the highest concern for over 1/3 of respondents, topping the list of competing priorities for firms.
In our own work, we find that whilst most firms are listening to their clients, many are still stuck on the ‘so what?’ They find it difficult to turn the insight into action and use the data to elevate their clients’ experience.
