About the event
What different models of leadership exist and which are most effective? How do these models sit alongside the traits and qualities that are traditionally seen as female?
Join our experts, Dr. Susan Rose, Claire Rason and Steve Couch, as we explore these questions and think about how firms can better embrace diverse styles of leadership. We will also be discussing how a different mindset can drive belonging at all levels, bringing about broader benefits to organisations.

Susan coaches clients to achieve their full potential at work and is a strong advocate for change in gender equality and female empowerment in the workplace. As Profesor Emerita at Henley Business School, Susan was on the leadership board of the Business School.
