What and why?

Client Talk and Athena Professional are coming together to help you redefine leadership.  The current model of leadership worked with what is now an increasingly outdated model of an ideal worker. Someone unencumbered by responsibilities outside of work. They are available continuously and full-time.

The trouble is that the ideal worker:

• Is burnt out
• They have lost their passion
• They don't bring the right energy to attract the best talent
• They stand in the way of female progression

What if the women who have chosen to say no are hiding a secret that might just burst the bubble that has sustained the profession for so long?

What's included?

We have designed a retreat experience to help you reflect on your skills as a leader and explore ways you can connect and create cohesion differently.  We explore a new model of an ideal worker: someone who can achieve a better work-life balance and reconcile work, family, and private aspects of their life, thus contributing more to all of them.
