Claire Rason is the founder of Client Talk. She is a consultant and an accredited coach. She has worked in, or alongside, professional services firms for over 20 years.

Outside the day job:
​
Claire is a Mum of four children so can usually be found in a car taking one of them somewhere! When she isn't doing that she loves to entertain, put her feet up with a book and a glass of wine, or just put her feet up!
Anna is a Director of Client Talk. She has spent the last 20 years working in and with professional services firms. She was part of Deloitte’s marketing team before spending almost five years at BDO where she was latterly responsible for the firm’s ‘Exceptional Client Service’ agenda.
Anna now works with firms of all sizes on client listening and client experience strategy across the UK and internationally.

Outside the day job:
Anna lives on the edge of Dartmoor with her husband, two lively sons and even livelier dog. She is usually found ferrying her children to a sporting activity or playing hockey (not very well)!
Emma Dark
Emma Dark is a creative consultant, based in Bristol.
Emma brings Client Talk to life through creative storytelling. She works alongside companies to create compelling narratives and deliver innovative marketing & design solutions that drive real growth and leave a lasting impression.

Shannie Platts works as our Client Support Executive.

Shannie is dedicated to helping Client Talk deliver seamless support to our clients. She is your go-to for client related support.

Chiarra
Whilst we have chosen a business model which affords our consultants maximum flexibility, and our clients the most competitive rates, we still have an office dog!

You will find Chiarra on calls with Claire and often barking at passing dogs.

Diverse: We know the value of diverse thinking. Having a team which supports and respects each other, but at the same time provides each other with challenge makes for better solutions and the best results. We achieve this by collaborating with experts who bring in different points of view to our own. We use coaching to power our project teams and make sure that there is a safe space for all views to be shared, working in collaboration with our clients. It means that together we come up with solutions that none of us could have achieved on our own.

Professional: The listeners, consultants and coaches that we work with are all experts in their fields. Many have portfolio careers, or their own businesses which support a range of professional and non-professional services clients. These perspectives complement our strengths and focus on professional services firms. This is really important and this marriage helps us to challenge the status quo and bring best practice to professional services firms, whilst all the while having the professional services culture and reality front of mind.

Some of our team are shown below, but we have a wider network of consultants and coaches that we can bring in as required for projects. We take the headache of finding the right person away from you!
Meet Our Listeners
Anna Lake and Claire Rason are our principal client listeners. We use the knowledge gained from interviews to shape our offering and to provide the most comprehensive training for our clients - making sure our training delivers what your clients actually want!​

However, we have further support from listeners who are all professionals and trained to actively listen. They are supported by our own internal client listening training. We can interview in multiple languages, meaning that where you have clients overseas, the cultural nuances aren't lost.
Anna Lake
Anna Lake heads our Client Listening. She has a client-led approach to interviewing and has a particular focus on using insights to deliver a better client experience.

Claire Rason
Claire Rason's approach to client listening is a product of her squiggly career. She was: a lawyer, so gets the fear that professionals sometimes feel; a business development director, so understands what is needed from the interviews; and, a senior executive coach, so knows how to build rapport quickly and go deep.

Steve Couch
Steve Couch has led diverse practices as a PwC Partner for 13 years and has 30 years international coaching experience. He supports Client Talk where there is a cultural roll-out that needs to be considered.
Juliette Goyer
Juliette is a competition lawyer, who advises businesses and executives in French and EU competition and distribution law issues.
She is also an executive coach. She is an EMCC member and she is passionate about emotional intelligence and is EQ-I 2.0 certified.

Stephanie Wheeler
Stephanie Wheeler is a leadership and team coach. She is also a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and writer.
Formerly a solicitor, she has an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. She is passionate about innovative and imaginative ways of facilitating conversations.

Teresa Leyman is an executive, team and agile coach.
