We know the value of diverse thinking. Having a team which supports and respects each other, but at the same time provides each other with challenge makes for better solutions and the best results. We achieve this by collaborating with experts who bring in different points of view to our own. We use coaching to power our project teams and make sure that there is a safe space for all views to be shared, working in collaboration with our clients. It means that together we come up with solutions that none of us could have achieved on our own.
PROFESSIONAL
The listeners, consultants and coaches that we work with are all experts in their fields. Many have portfolio careers, or their own businesses which support a range of professional and non-professional services clients.
These perspectives complement our strengths and focus on professional services firms. This is really important and this marriage helps us to challenge the status quo and bring best practice to professional services firms, whilst all the while having the professional services culture and reality front of mind.

MEET OUR LISTENERS
Anna Lake and Claire Rason are our principal client listeners. We use the knowledge gained from interviews to shape our offering and to provide the most comprehensive training for our clients making sure our training delivers what your clients actually want!​

However, we have further support from listeners who are all professionals and trained to actively listen. They are supported by our own internal client listening training. We can interview in multiple languages, meaning that where you have clients overseas, the cultural nuances aren't lost.
