A simple tool that provides powerful insight 

HOW IT WORKS

We have created a simple questionnaire that is sent to all the firm, or a subset within the firm. The questionnaire has been designed to be short to ensure maximum response rates.

 

Client Talk analyse the responses and produce an easy to read report.  We will work with you to identify the quick wins.  The responses might produce insights which are key to unlocking your strategy’s potential and we will provide recommendations on how you could approach this.

 

The report will provide a traffic light assessment against four key metrics and a skills grid.
