About the event

Professional services firms are going hybrid. Unlike the move to remote working during the pandemic, which was done out of necessity, the move to hybrid working is in response to the changed preferences of employees and market forces.

Hybrid working sounds like the solution which will accommodate everyone. However, there have been concerns raised that it will set back diversity initiatives. Also, with many partners, team leaders, and managers stepping into unchartered waters, there are many unknowns. The biggest being, just how do you get the most from a hybrid team?

In this workshop, accredited coaches, Steve Couch and Claire Rason will look at the following:

  • Understanding team preferences - how what you see might not be the whole picture and managing changing needs and fears
  • Clients - what's important for the business and how to balance client need with employee need
  • Top tips for managing hybrid  meetings
  • Making sure that hybrid working doesn't impact diversity and inclusion in teams

Steve Couch is an accredited team coach. He holds an MSc in coaching and behavioural change and is co-author of Future Proof your Legal Career. As a PwC Partner, he led large international practices and coached multi-million-pound proposal teams.

Claire Rason is an accredited coach with a postgraduate certificate in behavioural change. She has spent her whole career working in, or with, professional services firms. She is a champion for diverse thinking and inclusive workplaces.

This masterclass is aimed at any professional seeking to increase the effectiveness of their teams.
