About the event
One of the lead articles in the March-April edition of the Harvard Business Review asks: "Does Gamified Training Get Results?" The article discussed an initiative at KPMG, where gamified training: "helped increase fees collected by participating offices by more than 25%. The number of clients rose by up to 16%, and opportunities from new clients rose by as much as 22%."
Join Claire Rason, founder of Client Talk, and Lego Serious Play Trainer, as she speaks to Christian Gossan, who when the director at KPMG Australia, led the creation of the gamified training platform which is behind these incredible results. They are joined by Callum O'Neill, a systemic and cross-cultural team coach, who is also a trained actor using innovative means to drive behavioural change; and Teresa Leyman, a team coach who has just co-authored a book on Play in Coaching.
Join the experts as they discuss:
- the KPMG case study
- the benefits of play and gamification
- why training and insights don't need to bore to achieve results
- the possibilities that reimagining play can bring.
The event is free but we ask for a voluntary contribution to support the Children's Mental Health Charity Headroom. Headroom supports children and young people with mental health and eating disorder conditions. Providing counselling and working in step with local providers to maximise the support for the tens of thousands of children on waiting lists.
