About the event

What and why?

Client Talk and Athena Professional are coming together to help legal leaders create a blueprint to solve one of the biggest challenges of our time; how to create cohesive and adaptive teams with a hybrid workforce.

We just cannot teach our people in the same way anymore, they need to be in the office to hear and learn

We are struggling to create unity when we are rarely in the same place

We are finding it hard to recruit and retain talent, everyone wants flexibility - but the flexibility makes it hard to run the team

What is included?

We have designed a retreat experience to help you reflect on your skills as a leader and explore ways you can connect and create cohesion in a hybrid team. Participants will get:

  • A programme designed for leaders of professional services firms to explore the challenge of creating a sticky office
  • Pre and post-retreat virtual sessions
  • The opportunity to reflect and learn in a center of excellence, Henley Business School
  • All meals and accommodation are included in the price of the retreat

Who for?

Team leaders, whether you are in-house or in private practice, if you want to explore the future of your team differently, this retreat is for you.
